In connection with the opening of the Resilience House at the Green Tech Center at Vejle, the Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen came by to cut the string.
He also had time to talk with the various Start-Up companies that have offices at the Green Tech Center, including Peoples Portable Power.
The Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen talks with Steen Kramer Jensen, CEO and founder of People’s Portable Power
We briefly talked about the importance of developing solutions for Africa that are both economically and environmentally sustainable – which improves lives for local people while the solutions are commercial and independent of longterm financial support from aid funds and NGO’s.
These are the solutions that we at Peoples Portable Power are trying to develop. A development made possible by Danish and European project funds promoting innovation and new business models – such as the Danish InnoBooster program under the Innovation Fund, which has invested in the development of PP Power ApS’s first prototype test in Kenya.
