The Team
The company, Peoples Portable Power®, is founded by Steen Kramer Jensen. The team gathered around the development of the project – from idea to business – consists of experienced people with the right skills around the areas need in a startup project. A dedicated team that jointly provides a strong entity.
In addition, a number of partners in Denmark and abroad participate in different ways in the project – from development and production to sales channels etc.

Ian Mamuya
Country Manager - TanzaniaIan completed his studies in Public Management at the University of Hamburg.
Ian is the Director of a community development organisation in Marangu, Tanzania (Marangu Community Development Association), doing projects regarding to health, education, business support and environment. Furthermore, Ian is Co-Director of the Winds of Africa Foundation – an NGO in Arusha, Tanzania, providing educational support.
Deborah Jeruto
Country Manager - KenyaDeborah Jeruto is the managing director at CXPower Limited – our partner in Kenya, which is responsible for, among other things, building a dealer network.
Deborah has a Master of Science (MSc) Economics and Business Administration – Strategic Entrepreneurship – from University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Accounting – Concentration in Finance from United States International University.
Preben Birr-Pedersen
Chairman - MBAPreben Birr is an experienced Executive Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the energy and environment industry. Strong sales professional skilled in Networking, M&A, International Project Management, Negotiation, Gas, Sustainable Development, and Business Planning.
Steen Kramer Jensen
Founder - CEOSteen Kramer Jensen holds a Master in Engineering and has over 20 years of experience from the Danish Energy Sector. He has been employed at Insero A/S, the Danish Energy Authorities, at the Danish utility Ørsted, The Danish Technological Institute, at the Danish Transmission System Operator, Energinet.dk and Nokia.
From a background in the mobile industry both as an employee and as a founder of an IT Company, Steen also have experience from business and strategy development in the commercial sector. During his long experience, Steen has build up a large network in Utilities, Authorities, and Universities as well as in ICT- and Manufacturing companies in Denmark and abroad.
Annie Lund Jensen
Founder - Supply ChainBA in project management. Annie Lund Jensen has 20 years experience from Danish production companies e.g. VELUX, Danfoss and Strandmollen A/S.
Annie’s focus area is ERP systems and supply chain. Knowledge and experience are shared and embedded in the company via IT-systems instead of being placed with single persons.
Optimizing and setting up processes and business processes is based on the Lean mindset.
Christian Nielsen
Boardmember - MBAChristian Nielsen has experience in all aspects of business and strategy development based on new ICT and Energy innovations / solutions / technologies. He has qualifications within international marketing, market communication and internationalization strategies with a special focus on technology based start-ups and SMEs.
Christian is an experienced fundraiser with a focus on the development and funding of both national and international R&D projects.
Kenneth Rohde Pedersen
Business development and economics - MScKenneth Rohde Pedersen is the director and co-owner of the trading company WestCoast Tråd & Plader and owner of the production company 3-Kubik.
Kenneth has strong competences in the development and operation of trading and production companies and hold a MSc in Business Administration and have 18 years of experience in structuring, process optimization, finance, contracts and management.
